That means it’s UV-coated (won’t fade, peel, or crack) and waterproof. There is NO background in any of these decals. They are professionally cut, so the surface you apply it to is the background. Hint: if your windows are tinted, Black might not be the best option. Apply with our professional (easy to see through) transfer tape for easy installation. These are not printed stickers; they are single color vinyl decals! If you would like the image reversed (mirrored) or a stencil, please add a note to us. Custom ideas and requests are also welcome.
